This is one of the most common questions we get, and it's a little bit hard to answer since each one of our homes is custom-built for the family that's going to live in it. If you have certain finishes or building materials you'd like to use, we're very happy to accommodate you (actually, we love special requests). When it comes to "upgrades," we don't really have a system like production builders do where you look around inside a model home and say "I'd like this model, but with upgraded counter tops." Your new home will be completed within 24 months time frame. A good guide is 120 days from the start of framing. What's important is that you are comfortable with the decisions you are making and the building process.
The cost of building a house can fluctuate; Builders has various floor plans for homes, features and home sites that fit nearly every budget. Many of our standard features are often considered upgrades at other sites. Final cost really comes down to your personal style and the selections you choose.
